What to send for a flatbed quote in 1 business hour

We price flatbed loads within 1 business hour, 7 am to 6 pm ET. When one takes longer, it's usually because something is missing that decides the trailer. Here's what to send.
The list
- Pickup and delivery cities. Full addresses help, but we can price without them.
- What the freight is and how many pieces.
- Total weight. This decides tandem or multi axle, and it's the one people forget.
- Dimensions, if anything is tall, wide or long. This decides flatbed, step deck or double drop, and whether the load needs a permit.
- Pickup date, and how it's loaded: crane, forklift or dock.
- Tarped, Conestoga, or either one.
Cross border
Tell us who your customs broker is on the receiving side. We don't supply one, so it's always yours. We file the ACE or ACI manifest before the truck gets to the bridge.
Regular lanes
If you ship the lane every week, say so and put the monthly count in the details box. We'll price the lane and plan trucks for it.
