Port of Hamilton pickups
We pick up imported coil, plate and beams at the QSL and Logistec terminals. Hamilton is a Canadian port, so the freight sits in the terminal's sufferance warehouse until CBSA accepts your customs broker's release, and then we load. There is no US in bond. Ships come in from late March to the end of December. A 400,000 lb coil lot takes about 9 tandems or 5 six axles, so 4 fewer terminal appointments.
