What this website collects

Forms

When you send a quote request, a tracking link request, a carrier packet request or a driver application, we receive what you type into the form, the page you sent it from, the time and your IP address. It goes by email to our dispatch or safety team and is used to answer you, to price or run your load, or to review your application. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, what they click and how far they scroll. Clarity may record mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. It never records what you type into a form. When you send a form, Google Analytics gets the form type, a reference number for the request, and your equipment, position or sender choice. It never gets your name, email, phone or load details. The form also records the ad or link that brought you here, and the site keeps that note in your browser for up to 90 days. We use Google Ads measurement, through the Analytics link and the Google tag, to see which ads bring requests. If you reach this site from a Google ad, the dispatch number may show as a Google forwarding number. The call still rings our dispatch line, and Google tells us the call came from the ad, how long it lasted and the caller's area code. We advertise on Google and ChatGPT. These services use cookies and browser storage. You can block them in your browser settings, and the site still works.

The services involved are Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Google call forwarding for ad visitors), Microsoft Clarity, Vercel, which hosts the site, Resend, which delivers form emails to us, and a Google Sheet where we may keep a log of form requests. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and the data may be stored outside Canada.

We keep form emails and that log as long as we need them to answer you, run your load or review your application. If a form email fails to reach us, that log may keep your name, phone, email and company so we can call you back.
